Diamonds

The 4Cs constitute the universal standard for assessing diamond quality:

Cut: Refers to how well a diamond's facets interact with light. This affects brilliance, fire, and scintillation.
Color: Evaluated on a scale from D (colorless) to Z (light color). The closer to D, the higher the grade.
Clarity: Measures the presence of internal characteristics called inclusions, and external surface details called blemishes.
Carat Weight: Measures the physical mass of the diamond (1 carat equals 200 milligrams).
Natural diamonds are created over billions of years deep in the earth's mantle under high pressure and heat.

Lab-grown diamonds are grown in advanced labs using either High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) or Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes.

Physically, chemically, and optically, they are identical. They are both pure carbon crystals with a Mohs hardness score of 10. The chief distinction lies in their trace growth patterns and pricing; lab-grown diamonds are typically 30-70% less costly than natural equivalents, allowing you to invest in larger or higher-clarity stones.
Yes, transparency is core to our brand. All of our center diamonds above 0.50 carats are independently analyzed and graded by the world's leading gemological labs: GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute).
Yes, our gemologists provide a bespoke global sourcing service. Leveraging our international trade network, we can source specific diamonds (including rare colors, shapes, and sizes) on demand, verifying their origin, authenticity, and light performance before presentation.

Jewelry Orders

Standard made-to-order items require 14 to 21 business days to craft in our workshop. Custom B2B or bespoke jewelry commands roughly 3 to 4 weeks. Ready-to-ship models are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Yes. You can customize the metal setting (14K/18K White, Yellow, or Rose Gold, or Platinum), alter band widths, or select a different center stone shape. Contact our consultants to request catalog modifications.

Custom Jewelry

Bespoke jewelry creation is our specialty. Our custom design journey follows these steps:

1. Consultation: Share your sketches, ideas, and budget with our consultants.
2. CAD Modeling: Our digital designers create a 3D CAD model.
3. Approval: We adjust the design until you approve the renders.
4. Handcrafting: The wax is printed, cast, set, polished, and finished.
Yes. Renders are shared for all custom commissions. You will receive 3D images showcasing your piece from top, side, and perspective angles, allowing you to examine the proportions before casting.

Integrating computerized 3D printing technologies with traditional goldsmith setting methods, we uphold strict standards of structural jewelry finish.

Standard jewelry products in their original, unaltered, and unworn state with all certificate documentations may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Custom commissions and engraved pieces are final sales, but they are fully protected under our lifetime manufacturing warranty.
Yes. All our jewelry is covered by a lifetime manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers structural repair or replacement if a defect occurs in metal casting or assembly, excluding damage from regular wear or accidents.

Security & Authenticity

Every fine jewelry article is stamped with national hallmarking standards showing metal purity (e.g., `Pt950` for platinum, `Au750` or `750` for 18K gold) alongside our brand seal. Certified diamonds feature a microscopic laser inscription on the outer girdle, verifiable against the digital database at GIA or IGI.
