Shipping policy

At Ever Jewels, we take care in ensuring your jewellery is delivered safely, securely, and on time. We handle all shipping directly to provide you with a reliable experience.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with full tracking.

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders over AUD $1,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders under this amount may attract a flat shipping fee.

  • A signature on delivery is required for security.


International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped through FedEx Express with tracking and insurance.

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


Processing & Dispatch

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is cleared.

  • Custom-made and bespoke pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.


Tracking & Updates

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Domestic shipments can be tracked on the Australia Post website.

  • International shipments can be tracked on the FedEx website.


Insurance & Liability

  • All shipments include transit insurance until signed for at the delivery address.

  • Ever Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.


Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, Australia Post or FedEx will leave instructions for collection or re-delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply if the parcel is returned to us and requires re-shipping.
